Red Days Lunch ideas please!!

Having a red day tomorrow and the kitchen is like old mother hubburd's until Friday! Have sorted out dinner, but can't think what to take for lunch?? Bare in mind i have no salad :( but have cod, prawns, veg etc Or i could buy something from the shop in the morning?

Oh and before someone suggests, i can't have a green day as that's even worse on the food front! LOL!
