Hi guys, I'm new-ish to WW - joined last month from SW due to being diagnosed with various food intolerances - dairy, yeast, eggs, grapes (including wine and cider)
WW seemed easier to deal with alongside these intolereances and Head Office at SW weren't very helpful when I asked for their advice and help -for example, intitally finding a bread that was yeast free but also dairy or egg free wasn't easy! I've now found some and stock up on them.
I've been struggling recently, due to laziness, lack of motivation, tiredness due to having to do two jobs at work and going out way too much drinking and eating. Time to kick myself up the bottom - I go on holiday in 7 weeks time and would love to be 10lbs lighter by then (I'm historically don't have big losses).
So this is an attempt at sticking to plan by putting a food diary on here.
For the remainder of this week (my WI in Wednesday night so my food weeks starts on a Thursday) I won't put my weeklies because quite frankly I'm not sure how many I have ate so far!
Any advice, tips, etc etc gratefully received.
