FRIDAY 21ST MARCH RED DAY

I am off straight from work to Manchester tonight to see one of our female boxers in her debut fight, we are all very excited. Hence the packed dinner to eat on route so I am not tempted by burgers and pizza and other non SW friendly stuff.
 
Sorry I've been so abent, went on holiday, then had something horrible and upsetting happening then was ill over Easter with that pesky flu/cough virus going round but feeling more human now. I gained 2.5lbs on holiday (ok with that as the day after I got back off holiday my gain was 6.5lbs but I got straight back on plan), lost 1 the following week then 1/2lb this week. So only 1 more pound of my holiday gain to go!

EXTRA EASY DAY

Quorn and mixed bean chilli with brown rice (quorn, chickpeas, red kidney beans, bag of sliced mushrooms, 2 peppers, 2 chopped carrots, 1 large onion, passata with garlic and herbs, chilli powder, cumin and more herbs).

no exercise at the moment as I am still feeling a little weak and wobbly. But hoping for a trip to the gym Sunday. Have ordered myself the Kettlecise DVD vol 1 set plus a 4kg kettlebell (I already have a 6kg but struggle at times with that), I really wanted the JNL fusion but thought at £80 that was too much. I got the kettlescise and the kettlebell for £30. Might invest in the JNL fusion later in the year after my main holiday when I have some more funds, or get my mum to buy me it for Christmas!
 
Definitely back in the land of the living LOL had a great holiday, we went to centre parcs and took the dog, was lovely to do nothing other than laze around and walk through the forest! perfect
 
Going to start a week of red and green days only this week, see how I get on with that!

Somewhat Hun. I ended up really ill with a virus and was put on steroids. Took weeks to feel 100% again. Now my uncle is seriously ill in hospital having had a brain aneurysm. We are very close. That's life though. Time to start making sure life doesn't get in the way of my SW journey x

Feeling a wee bit sorry for myself today, uncle really not too good, work is awful and I can't even updat you all on here and share my woes with you (hurrah I hear you say LOL!), its all horrid and confidential and but as soon as its over I can get it off my chest and move on. Sticking to plan well though which is good, doing all green and red days this week which I am enjoying, my scales aren't budging though BOOOO did exercise dvds saturday and Sunday (Kettlecise and Davina fit in 15).
