Mornin,

I am feeling good today :D

Went to the gym last night did lots of stretching and worked my core and upper body, without weights to protect my shoulders, this age thing doesn't come alone. New hips dodgy shoulders and dodgy knees. All will improve with weigh loss.

Anyway went off track there a bit :p
Had a great gym session and all joints are feel fine this morning ;)

100% day 8 syns and ready to take on another 100% day.

Oh the rugby was great Wales won and England lost :giggle:

Back to food....Got back on plan yesterday.
Friday and Saturday I was on plan but Sunday (my birthday) I eat so much
Elly did a lovely meal of
Warm salad - black pud, streaky bacon, fried croûtons leafs and a runny pouched egg with oil & mustard dressing
Pot roasted chicken legs with cider and bacon with rice
Pavlova it was lush :eat:

I am back and tentative say on the wagon again. I hope everyone is well and weighing less.

My little piggy picture is a penance and when/if I have another lose next week I will change it accordingly.

Outlaws with us for the weekend, last time I put on 1lb :(
We went out to dinner every night, without the right choices.
NO SYNS for me the next 3 days :cry: and lots of exercise.
Will try my hardest see what can be achieved :fingerscrossed:
 
Moved back into the 17's again last night and that is enough......

I have given myself a kick up the bum and set a new challenge for myself.

Get back to my lowest by Xmas weigh-in 21st Dec 7lbs to lose. Doesn't sound much but I am struggling to LOSE at the moment. all my own fault I know but have to try to be focused again this is ridiculous.

My DD & DH have their heads in the right place and now I am off the wagon no more. I have a goal now and I am gonna get it even though there are lots of events over the next month. Good choices and less booze.

Wish me luck..

Dunno what to expect from weigh-in tonight think I have lost we will see.

Not been writing it down and that can bit you on the bum sometimes.

Well I lost 4.5 at weigh-in and am still be 100% on plan only 2.5lbs to get back to my lowest.

Had such a great weekend and a 2hr dance session at my gig Saturday night. I am thinking of changing my challenge to Christmas as 10lbs not 7lbs :) See how my weigh-in goes this week.

I lost another 1lb this week only 1.5 to get to back to my lowest. Will do that before Christmas.

Had a bit of a blow out last night after weigh-in after 2 weeks of goodness. Back on it with a couple of meals this weekend end need to stay focus.
 
Put on 0.5lb last wednesday and have been xmas partying ever since.

Now I have 2 weeks to be good with no more dooos I must knuckle down and do the talk.

I have 2lbs to lose to reach my 7lb target for christmas weigh-in. I am gonna binge on the scan bran and cut down on carbs and syns. And get back to exercise.
