Oh I miss the days when my little one stayed in one place for more than 30 seconds.
How's it gone today? I've been 100%ish not sure a pepperami really counts as 100g of protein but hey ho it's not a total fail.

I've got a 2 year old as well who I'd got blink you don't know where he's gone!!

I've been 100% aswell today but really hungry obviously getting back into ketosis. I've drank loads to take my mind off it x x

Haven't managed my Mickey toning. Taking my 2 out for the morning to soft play.

Just got home after a busy but bot productive day.
We were at soft play for 3.5 hours and I didn't even have a drink let alone think about food.

So far today had been -

B - crispy chocolate shake
S - pralibe bar
L - boiled egg, 3 slices of ham and green salad

Think tea will be caramel mousse.

Hopefully that will see me through.

Wow that's quite a soft play session!! I hope everyone is thoroughly knackered after that!! Ha ha!!

I had quite a good day but still got lots of sorting out to do before hubby's back on Friday. Why is it when you have a clear out things look worse before eventually better with the upheaval of it all!! Ha ha. Xx

My little boy was running around like a nutter. It's a great play place 3 story high climbing thing with a football pitch at the top. He loved it he had lunch there which he scoffed down. I expected him to have an afternoon nap but nope 10 mins in the car was enough for him!!

Long gone are the days when he naps in the day. But his 5 month old sister is just as bad. She's had 2 hours sleep since waking at 6.30am. Needless to say they were both in bed for 6.30pm.

I started sorting the conservatory/play room, lounge and bedrooms ready for Christmas and now I've noticed everywhere needs a good polish and windows need a clean! ! Arrggghhhh!!

Morning all, feeling positive again today. However I'm completely knackered after being up 3 times in the night and a 5.30am get up from both!! I'm sure when Molly was a newborn and feeding every 2 hours I coped better.

Today's plan is -
B - crispy chocolate shake
L - spicy spaghetti, broccoli & chicken
T - Lemon yoghurt bar
Water - 3 litres
 
Oh bless! I don't get why they never nap for long!!
My little one will fight it so much that I'm so exhausted by the time she finally gives in that I don't do anything productive anyway!!

I do not understand why babies and children fight sleep!!

Work have rescheduled the Christmas party and I now can't make it. But my DH has said he will take me out for a meal and drinks.

I'm gutted about the works party as I was looking forward to socialising with all of them and free food and drink.
 
Ah that's such a shame!! Plus it was a real good motivator! Grr, I'm annoyed for you!! :(
Make sure your hubby books somewhere s****y for you so you can dress up and get a target outfit to aim for!!

It's midweek which is difficult for me to get a babysitter aswell.
Who has a party midweek!!!!!!!

We are going out for a meal and drinks with friends late December so that will have to be my incentive. x x
 
Ah it is such a shame, but at least you still have something to aim for!! :)
I find having a date for an event quite motivating!! Xx

Hmmm, I'm not sure. I have a day out in Brighton with hubby and bubba next friday but its too soon to be running alongside the wagon with it being only a week away. So think my next goal is my night out on Friday 22nd. I ideally wanted to be 10,4 - 10,7 for that, especially as the dress I'd like to wear is fitted and will fit nicer if I'm slimmer.
It'll be hard though as it's only 2 weeks away, but I will try.
It also co-incides with my week refeed, so will be as good as possible. But after that we're in December and thats where all the fun begins! Literally!
Have meals out 13th & 14th & 20th and Christmas/Boxing Days.
Lots to look forward to and lots to trip me up on the way I feel!

That's the trouble with Christmas coming up parties, food, drink!! I'm going to try and hold out till 20th December.

Not done toning today and not been 100%. I've had 2 shakes and 2 bars!!!
 
Me neither. A shake, 2 bars, half a wafer and half a burger PLUS mulled wine. Ummmmm. Oopsie.

She slept through it and we put ear defenders on her to block out the noise. Very cute!! She looked like a mini DJ! Ha ha!!
I threw away most of the burger bun but ate a little as it kinda held it together, but was aiming just for the meat.
Was a lovely night! Feeling shattered now though xx
