M&S Lightly dusted seeded plaice fillets

Hi All

Just been into M&S and could not resist buying their lightly dusted seeded plaice fillets (I love plaice and seeds!) they are on offer at £5.00 for four. Could anyone help with the syn value ..... my membership has lapsed and having just parted with £110 for my beautiful little girls swimming lessons I have no budget left to rejoin just yet! I know the 20 cal per syn rule but feel that the amount of fish may be taken into account (please!)

Calorie - 225
Protein - 17.5g
Carb - 15.0g
Fat - 10.7g
Sat Fat - 1.6g
Fibre - 1.2g

11 Syns per package/portion on RED/EE-eek! (sound good though!)

the lightly dusted seeded haddock fillets are 8 each-bit better

normal lightly dusted plaice is 5.5

Thanks so much but that is so unfair :cry::cry:they look amazing and tasty but then if I am being sensible I think 5g of seeds is about 4 syns. Thanks again for the reply.....at least I didnt buy three packs of four! Sarah x
