Mac and Cheese recipe

Really fancy macaroni and cheese. Tried the one from the mag but wasn't mad about it. With the weather still being so bad I need comfort food. Thanks

I'm going to try making it now, but i've never heard of adding vegetable stock and tomato puree to it so i'm slightly dubious myself. Did you add peas?
