According to what ive found on sainsbury's website it is 348 calories per 100g of mix and there is 56g in the bag.

348 ÷ 100 = 3.48 × 56 = 194.88 calories in the bag.

Divide by 20 = 9.7 (or 10 Syns)

Isnt too bad if youre sharing it between 3 or 4 of you x
