Hello everyone, sorry advance if this has already been asked
I'm not sure how to point this even with my calculator (sorry I'm being dim, lol)
Pack is 34g
NI - per 100g
Protein 8.8g
Carbs 45.5g
Fat 4.0g
Fibre 7.1g

I just want to know how much points for the packet and then I will work out points for my chicken separately.

I always point them at 2 for the packet.
