No I haven't - too much of a bother. Even italians use dried pasta. Not to mention that the fresh stuff is synned rather than free.

I'd love to have a go too. I thought I'd read something saying shop bought fresh pasta is synned because oil is added to stop it sticking together which wouldn't be the case if you made your own.

Might be wrong and doesn't help much (sorry!) - might ask at group tomorrow

I was going to do it from a Jamie Oliver recipe but it called for 12 eggs and that freaked me out!

Gino made it on This Morning the other day. Looked really easy to do (as long as you have one of those machines to iron it). Have a look on This Morning website.
