Making chocolate crackles and I licked the spoon!!!!!!!!

    Making chocolate crackles for my daughters daycare leaving party for tomorrow. Has been a long day and first day that I've actually felt a bit hungry. I had my soup and lots of water to try and fill up. Then melted the chocolate which smelt amaaazing...and put them in the cases and put them straight away AND then licked all the chocolate off the spoon!!!!!!!!! (OMG I feel like I've been to macca's!!!). Now I am paranoid that I've wrecked my week :( just needed to talk as my husband's out this evening...pls someone tell me licking all the chocolate off the spoon won't throw me out of ketosis!? I'm so annoyed with myself as been travelling so well to date.:wave_cry:

    Ah bless, I am sure your were fine but it's an easy thing to do. I cooked chilli for husband and tasted it to see if it had enough flavour lol......popped a spoon straight in my mouth lol.

    I keep doing this! I cook for my children every eve and of course taste to know if it needs extra ingredients etc done that with curry last night then I think arghhh stop doing that! ! Licked nutella off a knife after making my daughter some toast too... slowly trying to break this bad habit!
