making muffins and crisps - nutrients?

I've been wondering about some of the recipes for the CD sachets. I made a muffin earlier and when it was ready it was piping hot.

Will this not destroy some of the nutrients in the sachets. After all we are told not to add boiling water to the soups. I am certain that the muffin temp was just as hot when straight out of the microwave:confused:

I don't cook any of my packs - happy with them as drinks ;)

But I believe you do lose a little of the nutrient value when you cook them which is why you should only cook one pack a day.
