making the soup crisps

I made them for the first time today.

I put the soup powder in a bowl, then added a little bit of water and mixed it up - until it was the consistency of um... a thick yoghurt (sorry, don't know how else to describe it!)

then on some baking parchment (greaseproof works as well i think) use a teaspoon and spoon 4-5 little mounds (not too thick) onto it.

then put into microwave and cook for about 1min - 1.15. keep an eye on them, when they start to go brown get them out quick! ;) when they cool they crisp up. Yum.

Use sparkling water. They are even nicer that way. That is what the original recipe used
