I put the soup powder in a bowl, then added a little bit of water and mixed it up - until it was the consistency of um... a thick yoghurt (sorry, don't know how else to describe it!)
then on some baking parchment (greaseproof works as well i think) use a teaspoon and spoon 4-5 little mounds (not too thick) onto it.
then put into microwave and cook for about 1min - 1.15. keep an eye on them, when they start to go brown get them out quick! when they cool they crisp up. Yum.
I make mine slightly differently and spread the blobs out nice and thinly - they go really crispy and are lush!! My hubby and oldest daughter are forever trying to steal them lol
