I made this yesterday but I didnt have any toffee mullers in so I used vanillas instead. Told everyone at group about it last night and they were proper jealous!

Still need to test it, been left overnight now. My daughter is keen to try it too.

I made this last night but don't think I did it right. I didn't add sweetener though cos I'm not too keen on it. I popped it in the freezer and stirred it now and again to try and get rid of the ice crystals, but when I took it out it was frozen solid and even though I let it melt a little before eating it was quite 'crystally' (if that's a word) and didn't taste anything like ice cream. What did I do wrong?

I was looking for a recipe to take to a taster session at (my 1st ) weigh in tonight and found this recipe and you guys.
made it on saturday and had to try it, it was fantastic so had to make some more to take tonight.

Yes I was also going to ask if it goes crystally or if you need to stir it a bit??? Does the quark stop it going crystally??

think its the stirring that stops the crystals, it took me a few attempts to get right!
