Okay... I've just realised that this will be the first time I've posted a full body shot of myself on the internet... wow!
So at first I couldn't see any difference at all between the two pics, and then I started to spot little things, like the cardigan closing more, and the top hanging looser around the lower belly... the sleeves of the cardigan actually fall lower too, like I've lost weight in my shoulders. I dunno.. I'll let you guys be the judge.

The first pic was taken last May, and I had put on another stone or two before I started SW, so it's not the best indication. The second pic was taken a few minutes ago, and as you can see, I haven't so much as brushed my hair haha and am still in slippers! lol

That top is not the most flattering, but I thought I'd just take the pic wearing that to see the difference between the two pics. Next pic I'll wear something nicer lol and no slippers! Maybe even a smile haha

Update.

I bought this dress over 2 years ago for my daughter's Christening and it wouldn't fit me. It was about 4 inches off closing .... Now that I've lost just over 3 stone...
