At weigh in on wednesday my consultant handed out a marble to each member. She said when we are tempted to cheat to look at the marble because it's her eye and she'll be watching! As she passed them round she read out a poem about it being her eye. I sat there and created my own poem and read it out-
When you feel like cheating,
And want some extra syns.
Just pick up that old marble
And chuck it in the bin!
I got a lovely round of applause!
