Powdered Toast Man
As some of you may or may not know im Marcus, im in my second week of CD. I have been on loads of different diets in the past, but to be honest they have all been pretty crap, and i couldnt really stick to them . So i finally decided i needed to lose weight and get fitter cause i knew if i kept going the way i was and eating crap all the time i wouldnt turn out very good lol. I decided to start CD cause my mum (FUZZYS ANGEL) is on it and she done pretty well aswell .
I know i have the will power to stick to it this time unlike all the other diets! And once its all over i know i will have a completely different view on eating....i mean i used to eat **** like kebabs, pizza, chinese, indian all the time and when ever i used to pop over Tescos id get myself a cheese cake and sarnies n stuff. Once i can eat again im going to start eating ALOT more healthy and not eat crap all the time lol
So far i have done pretty well on CD i lost 11lbs in my 1st week, so hopefully ill get to goal quiet quickly.
