Right, I'm trying red days for a change and I am completely new to them, so any advice or tips or suggestions for meals will be really good.
Tuesday 8th February - Red Day

B - Poached eggs on WM toast (6 syns)

L - Wholemeal roll (heB) bacon, rocket, LF soft cheese (1.5 syns)
FF Natural yogurt, raspberries and blueberries

D - 3 x WW Sausages (1.5 syns), bacon, 100g baked beans (1 syns), mushrooms, tomatoes, potato rosti (heB) This was lovely and I couldn't eat it all!!
