Just ordered my first 2 weeks s&s,should be here tuesday,but brought afew shakes/bars (slim fast and biggest loser)so can get started today.
Going to weigh myself today at boots,know its not gonna be good but hopefully be last time I see that number.My catalogue says exercise bike I ordered has been dispatched,so should be here soon.
Told my mum and sis and they're both supportive,bless them.
All my food is gone,ate/got rid of yesterday so there'll be less temptation.
Scared but excited too,my goal is to lose at least 7lb first week,fingers crossed.

Good luck weightless.good you've got your families support. I have too. Bless ya! There's nothing to be nervous about, My sister said once you get into Ketosis it's much much easier. You will do grand. Stay strong. We can do this together and everyone's lovely on here. Xxxx

Had good day so far;
1/4 of a choc crunch bar (biggest loser) and 500ml water for breakfast.
Going to have a asda meal replacement shake about 11.30 after feeding my cats,and more water.
Brought some dr pepper zero and sugarfree gum,could smell the bread in asda cause they bake their own,trying to put it out of my mind lol.
P.s gained the 1lb I lost but not as bad as I thought.

Good petal you will do grand. All I had this morning was lemon and yogurt bar. I've got to do a shop too at some point. Zero coke, Dr pepper zero etc. tonight I'm just having cottage pie and 200g sprouts. I need to chill today before I go to work. Lol. Xxx
 
Thanks,I'm sure you will too,getting hungry now,gonna have my shake in a minute.I would have loved to have been able to have the pie,but I looked at ingredients and its got tomato and garlic in it,which I don't like so didn't order it.Hope you enjoy it though. x
 
Morning,up alot earliar than I thought,was hoping to sleep loads to make the first few days go faster lol.
Did well yesterday which shocked me,and my exercise bike came-but problem-IT KILLS YOUR BUM when you sit on it,its really hard, so gonna try a cushion on it,otherwise its prob going back.
Had 250ml water,going to try and delay breakkie as long as I can,yesterday I broke my bar into pierces and ate it throughout the day which helped loads so doing that again.Better get dressed and walk Rascal.

Morning Marie have a good walk thanks for the advice I've had loads of black tea and I love the milkshakes nom nom. Just had choc shake. I'm knuckling down with it now. ( I think I remember yesterday saying the same thing ) of I keep caving in every other day then my heads not in the right place to do it. 1 last ditch attempt for me. You're doing really well. Keep going ;£ x
 
Hi Sherrie,thanks,feel really hungry at mo,Just had 1/4 bar choc truffa which was nice and the caramel shake tasted ok,had better but not horrible,I might try a choc one later and warm it up to have before bed.

Umm sounds good warm hot choc before bed. Aww I'm starving lol. Just had vanilla shake with spoonful of coffee and a sweeter. Cod caffe latte yum. Let's keep each other going now. Think I might have to take the insides of the kitchen cupboard with me to bed tonight lolololol. Nah going to do this now!!! Xxxxxxxx
 
Keep up the good work girls you both sound like you are doing really good.. I get my 4 weeks pack delievered tomorrow eek! (hope you dont mind me butting in hehe). Not having the whole bar at once sounds like a good idea and I hadn't actually thought of that! Then you feel like you can save some for later :D

No not all hun. You're not butting in at all. The more the merrier. Good luck. I have tried splitting the bars but they're so lush I just down them in one lolol. Once I reach ketosis though I shall split them then. Haha. What us women put ourselves through.
 
Hi Emariex,course you're not butting in:) The bars are nice,I split them into 3 so I've got a little 'treat' throughout the day to have with my shakes,not tried lemon bar,but the milk truffa and the praline ones are nice,as is the cafe latte shake which I've also had warm as well.It is a hard diet but the results should come fast,1st weigh on friday for me,very nervous,but stuck to diet 100% so hoping it'll be good.Goog luck Emariex,I'm sure you'll do great.

I slice my bar into maybe ten to twelve bits. Eat with a pint of water or big jug of tea

Hi Sherrie,don't beat yourself up about it hun,even though alittle slip might stop you getting into ketosis as fast,you might still lose weight as you'll still be on fewer calories.I don't have a clue whether I'm in ketosis or not,yesterday was my hardest day so far,was really hungry,my family all had lots of food about,so it was really stressing me lol,been feeling abit snappy too,which I hate,trying to count to 10 before speaking lol.I've never been in ketosis before as first time on vlcd so not really sure what it'll be like for me.Have you ever been in ketosis before? x

Tbh I don't know either I did do Cambridge diet about 2 years ago for 2 weeks before my little girl was born and struggled. But when your in it you'll know coz you're not supposed to feel hungry anymore. Yeah I'm forgetting about bad days and concentrating on tomorrow. I blipped yesterday too. But obviously I can't go on like this forever. I do have a back up plan if this diet does get too much for me. Well done. You'll be there in no time at all :)
