Hi again!!

My friend is cooking me a lovely healthy dinner this evening.......Sainsburys chicken breast strips with salad but the thing is the chicken strips are in a tomato & basil marinade so was just wondering how I would syn this.....

Can give nutritional values for someone to pop into the syn calculator if necessary!!!

The marinade will be 1syn for every 20cals, like any bought sauce, as it doesn't qualify for a free food allowance HTH
