hi, good luck with your attack phase, you can flavour the chicken with spices and 0% fat free yoguart it quite nice!! take it off the heat before you add the yoguart unlike me!!!! as it curdled!!!!!!

I made that mistake with my chicken curry, put the yoghurt away, put something in the dishwasher.. turned back.. where's the yoghurt gone??? :)

You can leave the yogurt marinade on if you are grilling or bbqing the chicken - this is how tandoori chicken is made.

The longer you leave the yogurt+spice mix on in the fridge, the yummier the chicken will be when you cook it.
