Day 18:
Started the day on coffee and water up until lunchtime, then for a change I had the soup with a little pepper. Continued on water and coffee until 7:30 when I made my choc/coffee shake with ice cold water.
Today has been a no-problem day as far as LT goes. My mind was obviously well occupied with little one and work, so maybe that helped. Managed around 4 litres of water again, so quite happy with that.
Back at work again today, armed with a vanilla shake, so will see how the day goes.
I'm contemplating a sneaky weigh-in at the chemists tomorrow to see how things are progressing. I'm in two minds whether to start refeeding this week and go for a different diet now I've got rid of a big chunk, as it's something I'd have to do soon anyway with going on holiday. I suppose the weightloss will determine what I do.
