Hiya All,
I went to a Marstons Pub the other day and decided to have the Beef in Red Wine as it was in the 'under 500 calories' section.
It was beef in a red wine/gravy sauce with mushrooms and shallots with 5 new potatoes, carrots and peas. it was actually very nice however I am really struggling to find out the syns.
it's not on the SW website, I can't see anyone has asked about it before on Minimins and Marstons don't appear to supply nutritional information or weights on their website.
has anyone ever asked this or know the syns? I've estimated 5/6 for my food diary.
