Hello everybody I hope you will let join you. I’m on a healthy eating diet. Not from vanity, but necessity. I am in my 60’s and have trouble with my knees and ankles. My doctor has ‘taken me in hand’ and I’m aiming to lose 2lbs a week. He says no more than this. So I’ll be on here quite some time. I don’t know how much I shall lose, but I hope I shall soon see a difference in my aches and pains.

I hope I can get to know you all, and pick your brains, for ideas and support.

Good luck Mary! I'm a newbie too - and i've got an iffy back so I can't really do masses of exercise so it's about the eating all the way for me!
Good luck, i'm sure you can do it :)
