Hi does anyone know the syns on mash direct carrots and parsnip, I'm hoping it's free cos there only seems to be carrots and parsnip in it but I'd rather check

they add butter which is where the syns come from-not as bad as i wouldve thought though! a mash direct syn list would be good to have for lazy cooking days
