Mash help pls

am making mash tonight will separate some off for myself as oh wont have it without butter. what would you suggest using quark for myself and not wasting syns or using a couple of laughing cow light? if so how many syns per triangle (not extra light ones just normal light ones)

I would use quark hun x, I wouldn't waste syns on something for mash

You can make it with stock (vecon or bovril are free) I use half a stock cube with half a pint of water, don't use it all, but add a bit at a time. It's really tasty!

I add garlic, nutmeg and poppy seeds and squash them into flat patties and grill till brown ... lmmmm lovely
