Mash

Love mash potato but normally with a load of butter and milk has any one got a good syn free receipt for this?

Use some of your hea milk or Philly light in the mash. Use a light marg and count the syns. Or just mash it with a splash of water, you soon get used to it

I whisk an egg and mix it in sounds odd but really creamy

I use veg stock and it's lovely, just add a bit at a time

Our consultant said about adding the egg, when you have drained the potatoes and they are piping hot mash in a beaten egg and pepper (i also use some hex milk).

greek o fat yogurt is nice also with pepper.
