What is the tastiest low PP alternative to mashing swede etc with lots of butter, I haven't tried any of the low fat/lighter spreads yet am using small amounts of Lupak spreadable light

Mashing in some laughing cow light triangles is nice.

I use either lurpack or anchor lighter and if you fiddle with it on the online tracker you will find that 8g is 1pp and 16g is 2pps which are quite a bit bigger than the 1tsp quoted in the book. I can't stand any of those spread things.

Thanks Alison, I haven't tried the spreads but I don't want to spend money on them and end up binning them so I will go with my Lurpak
