    does boiling and mashing sweet potato give it syn value?? i know that fruit changes so am curious x:confused:

    No - that's only with fruit as you say. But beat in mind that sweet potato is only syn free on green and EE and not on red.

    yeah thats cool - i just found a recipe for sweet potato pie filling that looks like it's a potential free pudding on a green day x
