    Hi does anyone know if mate tea is ok or not, gives you loads of energy and god I could do with some of that at the moment lol

    I think its ok I believe most herbal teas are?? I tried this before but didnt like it, its in my cupboard lol! I think it will be ok, theres no citric acid is there?

    not sure about the carbs!!!! i know some teas are not ok do you know why?

    im not certain but i think the only teas that are not alowed are ones that have citric acid in them
