Mattesons fridge raiders.

I'm doing the old style red days. Does anyone know the syn value of Mattesons fridge raiders? Southern fried. It's been a while since I did the diet. I stopped going to class cos the leader was rubbish. X

Yeh I thought it was pretty good myself...my OH loves them n i always end up pinching a few

Ooo this is good almost picked some up the other day for snacks on red days but figured they'd be high in syns so happy days they arent too bad!!

They are really tasty and the protein keeps me fuller longer so I'm glad they are low in syns!
