Hi all,
just back from group and I've lost 3lbs. really surprised as had a bad eating day.
can I change my total please? I want to lose 1lb per week, lost 4lbs so far and still 3 more weigh ins so if possible please change my total that I hope to lose this month to 7lbs.

Well I've gained 1lb. I've been on plan except one day but I don't think that's what has made me gain... it is star week which may explain it and also for the past week I've started working out and I was told when you start working out you can expect to gain anywhere up to 5lb in the first couple of weeks but then you'll lose it fast, so trying not to feel to disheartened. I know I won't achieve my target this month but I'm still determined to keep on with the plan and exercisinget, even if the scales are going in the wrong direction I know I am healthier than when I started as the food I'm eating is healthy and I'm now exercising.
