May Challenge - 149lbs lost :) !!!

    Its that time again... a new month coming up... time for a new challenge

    The way the challenge works
    You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

    Why?
    I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

    So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days)

    My weigh in day is either Sunday or Monday (I haven't decided, think it might be Sunday).

    And I would like to (and will) lose 6lbs in May! :D

    When's your weigh day pink? If today's your third day on the plan I'm guessing it's either Thursday if you're going to meetings, or Friday if you're doing it yourself?

    Going away for a few days over bank holiday so I dont hold out much hope but we will give it a go lol, and gotta keep up with Marie

    Can I join too please ? I didn't join the April challenge and having lost, gained and stayed the same, I am starting May 0.5lb heavier than I started April - not very good.
