Woopee, i've lost 3lbs this week. Great start to my May challenge. I've really stuck with it and written everything down and this is the result. I'm fired with enthusiasm again, lets hope for more of the same next week.

ps oh no I've just remembered I put myself in for 13lb this month.

I'm quite stiff today after 8 mile hike y'day.this has probably caused fluid retention in thighs etc.BUT STILL REAlly disappointed.Won't make challenge this month:cry:
 
happy to say i lost 6.5lbs at my first weigh in yesterday yipeeeeeee :)

Ive just realised - last tuesday was 1st may SO I lost 4lbs week one and 0-5lbs weeks two.
Sorry to mess you about Starlight!

Thats better - might even make my challenge this month now.
