I'm newish to S.W too, but I find my average loss when fully dedicated on most 'diets' is about 2lbs a week.
I'm a rubbish deter though....but this is the final time i'll see the scales as high as they are. I will loose it, and it will stay off :)

I am in too... My target is to look like a yummy mummy in my boy's 2nd bday party on 12th June..so month of may is too important... Want to loose as much as I can to gain a super look...'!!!

A pound a week sounds good, I have 5 weigh-ins in May, so I will go for 5.
