May Challenge ? Anyone up for it? Get ready for the summer! ;o)

Forgot to update on Wednesday - another pound off this week. Won't be winning any speed prizes but it all adds up. Just need to navigate the weekend without falling on my face!!
 
Forgot to update on Saturday so I do apologise! I stayed the same... Think there will be a SIGNIFICANT gain tomorrow as I've been off plan for about a week and half!! :(
 
Hi Arctic - I think I have forgotten to post last weeks loss of 2lbs, I only managed a pathetic 1/2 lb this week am very fed up and have failed my May Challenge miserably.


I've got you down as having 5 lost with 9 to go? Can you confirm please. You're not failing, it's coming off, just not as quick as you would like!

Thanks mate appreciate your kind words. Think the 7lb loss in week one set my expectations unrealistically high. 5 off that's correct. Thx for all your hard work. Have fab weekend
 
Hi! I also forgot to update last week. Had a gain of 1.5 lbs which I then went and lost again this week. So in total I have lost 0.5 lbs so far this month... Not looking so good for the 8lbs target, but I'll keep trying :)

Hehe ... Well I have 2 more weigh ins so doubtful ill hit my target but going to give it some welly!!! I may include the 1st Monday wi in June too! :) may hasn't enough mondays in it! :)

Well even if you don't make your target, maybe you will get close, which is great. Not sure I have any motivational tips, but my weekend strategy is to try twice as hard as the rest of the week. Good luck xx
 
Hen do today and tomorrow! I've been good all week I think, and I've planned what I'm eating (4.5syn)
So now its the alcohol...in clubs it'll be a spirit + mixers....but were also doing cocktails.
Part of me thinks this is something so special so let loose and accept a gain. The other half thinks that there is nothing more important than my weight loss.....

Me personally would except a gain, I would enjoy my weekend & then draw a line under it. Life is for living Hun & you might get on the scales & be pleasantly surprised.

need to step up my exercise regime and boost my weight loss, i'd like to lose another 4lbs this month, starting with a 100% week from sunday!!:D count me in!:D

I would say just go with the flow. Have the intention to not go too mad but if you do, so what, there is always next week. Easy come-easy go !!! When you have finished with your weekend just start again. SW is a life change and for some of us it can take a life cause we have to work so hard at it. Everybody deserves a little downtime :)))
 
1lb off this week for me!! Very happy with it as I was expecting a gain!
