Realise this sounds nuts but i totally deserved it. Had a week pretty much full of binges.

As it goes, 1lb is not the worst weight gain. It certainly beats two, there or four lbs. Keep up the positive attitude and I'm sure you'll have a good loss next week. Good luck!

I don't think you're crazy...what does gaining 1lb sometimes matter if you are back on track and ready to loose it again the next week At least you were expecting it We all have bad weeks...good luck for next week
