It is possible to get something that stays roughly within a days syn allowance though, wiser choices and diet drinks.

I found this which I find useful:

The first number is green day syns the second is red day syns!

French Fries
Regular - 12.0 8.5
Medium - 17.0 12.0
Large - 23.5 16.5

Hamburger - 12.5
McChicken Sandwich - 19.0
Quater Pounder w/cheese - 25.0
Deli Sandwich's vary - 18-29
Big Mac - 25

Chicken McNuggets
4 - 6.0 9.0
6 - 9.0 13.0
9 - 13.0 19.5

small - 10.5
medium - 19.5
large - 25.0

McFlurry - 16.0
Apple Pie - 11.5
Blueberry Muffin - 16.5
Ice Cream Cone - 6.5
Donut - 16.5

I am not advocating MacDonalds by any means & in my humble opinion I think its pure junk food & full of all the things that are bad for you, but................when you have a hangover............!!!!!!!!! The last time I had one was just after a Valentines Ball & the food I ate there equated to approx 75 Syns!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im still losing weight thru healthy eating & excercise, but a little 'naughty' now & then will do you no harm in the long run!!!!

i used to love the brekkies - no wonder i got to the size i did!!!! easy to scoff 2 mac muffins - and a hash brown!!!! x
