Mcdonolds salad

Hi everyone. Can someone tell me how many syns in a grilled chicken and bacon with balsamic dressing is please. I was being really good whilst all my work colleagues got burgers etc. really need to count it into my syns. Xxx

Salad, Crispy Chicken & Bacon Salad, per portion 8
Salad, Grilled Chicken & Bacon Salad, per portion 1½

I'm assuing one is without the dressing or something, but its only a guess

Wow that's dedication. I would have followed like a sheep and had a quarter pounder with cheese meal well done for resisting.

The crispy one is chicken in breadcrumbs but the grilled is just the chicken meat.

I have had them a few times but I always find the grilled chicken a bit wet and slimy and end up leaving it and just eating the salad which makes it a really expensive bowl of lettuce!
