Hello yet another question.
When I read about pase 1 and it tells you what list of veg you can eat, Are the 3 cups to be eaten along with the 20gms of carbs, So therefore daily amount is 20gms and the 3 cups of veg, Or is it 20gms made up from the list of veg. So far I have been counting the veg in my 20gms, Therefore only eating 20gms max a day! Not 20 gms + the veg! Sorry for being sssoooooooo long winded!

Chears ladies, Its going ok, Appetite seems to have all but dissapeared, Which is strange for me :) It certainly is more difficult than I first thought but sticking with it none the less! Oh who would be a woman:sigh:
You should be getting the majority of your carbs from 3 mugs of green leaf veggies Shell.
