Me and my food diary 2014

    Hi everyone
    I joined SW online last night and then found this site. I'm hoping that posting each day what I've eaten will motivate me to stick to the plan.
    Would love to share your weightloss journey too :)

    not to difficult... i cant be doing to bad as ive lost 5lb in 2 weeks!
    was hard at first but ive managed to get my head around things now... and this forum is just a complete life saver as im still waiting on my books to arrive now as im doin it from home.

    hav u done sw before? or other diets?
    this is my first proper attempt at any dietin so heres hopin it works!

    Wow miss.mooey that's a brilliant start :) You must be really pleased!
    I lost weight many years ago using WW and got to goal weight. Kept it off without much effort until I had my children and then was overweight for a while. Changed jobs and lost lots of weight again because of the crazy hours I worked. Again managed to keep it off without too much effort but then put 2.5 stone on over the past year, mainly due to 'eating out' too often and drinking too much wine!! :) (our social life tends to centre around restaurants!)
    I joined a SW class in Oct as the diet seemed to fit better with my lifestyle than others that I'd tried but only went for a few weeks as it was difficult to fit the classes around my work and social life. Decided to give SW online a go as I need something to motivate me :)

    I'm going to try and post my daily food diary on here. It will of course be a day behind though :)
    So here goes:-
    On Day 1 of SW diet I ate :-

    Breakfast :-
    apple, coffee (milk from HEa)

    Lunch (at local pub restaurant) :-
    Greek Lamb Stew (advertised as healthy option under 600 cals) - lamb, tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic
    Boiled Rice
    Fizzy mineral water with lemon

    Dinner :-
    Seabass steamed in foil with onions, garlic, ginger, celery, chilli & lime
    Steamed brocolli
    Muller light vanilla yoghurt sprinkled with dark chocolate ( can't believe these have no syns!!)

    HEa - skimmed milk which I used in coffee throughout the day
    HEb - forgot to fit one in !!

    Syns - latte in cafe at farmshop (6)

    Coffee x 4 (milk from HEa)
    Blackberry & elderflower herbal tea x 1
    Large glass fizzy mineral water
