Have to admit twice in the last two weeks i have had some poached chicken very nice, and yesterday i had some quorn sausages yuk, which is where the problem started i sinned very bad last night had a lovly mixed kebab which i couldnt finish so the cats helped and a beautifull cup of cofee with milk and sugar pure bliss.

Today head is hung low back on the ole CD wagon.:break_diet:

I know it's hard to stick to it, but the way to view food is (in my opinion) 'I can have that kebab (or whatever) just not now'. I hope you get back into ketosis soon, you'll feel much better. Stick with it, and you will soon see results.

Did you know that in one kebab you can have up to your full days allowance of fat and calories? That's not said to make you feel bad, just maybe put you off! It certainly put me off them!!

If your wanting to eat chicken and quorn perhaps you should be doing SS+ or 810 so then there is less chance of you falling off the wagon?
