Good news about joining the gym , I'm joining on Saturday at my local uni which is a new build. How much are yiu paying ? I'm £22.99 a month it's sunny today but windy, I just need to keep busy today.

I pay 35 but it's 1 minute from my flat, next to my bus stop from work, I get 4 gyms and also some access to the ladies only section (which is where I will be for a bit until I can get confident!!) Oooh yours sounds great, how fab!!

Lovely weekend, so tired now after a second gym session eek! Back on Tuesday after work

Another gym session today with 600 calories burnt and a good walk around town

Just had chicken and veg for lunch but may have a choQ mein for dinner. Will see how I feel

Just made the loveliest salad for tomorrow:

Fat free Greek Yogurt, radishes, Apple, sliced eggs, 1 Tbsp Light Mayo (2) dried dill, grapes and red pepper. (Modelled on Slimming Worlds Luxury potato salad)

Looking forward to taking it to work tomorrow
