How's this for a wierd coincidence though .... before I even came online this morning, I was sorting through my wardrobe and came across an old pair of my size 30 trousers that had been tucked away in a box and forgotten about. I stopped wearing them and packed them away years ago when they became too tight as I moved up to a size 32.

Anyway, I tried them on and had a good laugh at what they looked like ... I'll post some pics later (even though I'm still a couple of stones away from my goal)
I'll definitely be hanging onto them as a reminder.
