I went to my first class last week and joined up and bought the magazine and used the 7day meal plan from it but just varied it a bit to suit me. I love the weetabix cruncy cereal and on extra easy you get 42g of it and I never use milk but have a muller light yogurt and a pot of fruit in juice over it and that takes me to lunchtime no probs.
