    Hi I'm out for a meal tomorrow and had a look on the menu. I am going to have a red day and order:

    Filleto di branzino con broccoli, cozze e pomodorini
    Fillet of sea bass with broccoli, mussels and cherry tomatoes

    I'm going to use 1 healthy extra on it (1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil..it's an Italian restaurant so I'm pretty sure this is what they are cooking with). Would you also count some syns for it? Thanks in advance!
