I've been doing the diet on green days for nearly 5 months and i've lost a stone. Which i'm really pleased with. Its only come off slowly for me which was expected.
We really need to get my dad loosing a few stone and he won't go to the classes etc.
Thinking the EE plan will be a good one for him and he's asked me to do a weeks meal plan for him.
So i'm in need of some lunch ideas (must be cold, as he drives a coach for work) and dinner ideas. Pretty Please?
