Please dont post Syn requests in the main forum

The syn forum is searchable and it maybe your query has already been answered

    :thread_moved: to Syn section

Maybe a protein shake would be less syns as protein is free on an EE day. Plus they are pretty low cal and fat, don't actually know syns in them but I could give you details from a maxitone shake or phd whey shake. Or maybe a protein bar?? I don't think any sw consultant would recommend them but they are great for morning, really filling and quick plus brilliant if u exercise as well.

Other than that on a day when I have no time for breakfast I just grab a hifi bar and some fruit.

There will not be any free food allowance in these, so you can use the calculation of 1 syn = 20 calories to work out the total syns. I imagine any will be quite high syn wise.

you might be better with a HEb cereal bar, if you need something quick.

Does anybody know for sure if you can reduce the amount of syns of a slimfast shake (from the tin) you are using your milk as a HE?

if you are adding your own milk to them then yes you can use it as HEa, but not if the milk is already added in the tin/carton I wouldnt think you can.
