Meal weeks and a few more q's

Hi rejoined exante started today as yesterday was a bit of a weird day!!! So decided it be easier to start today!!

Do you have to do the meal weeks or can you do total ts I was thinking I could do total ts until I have lost a bulk of my weight and I no longer crave massive amounts of food lol or is this not safe?

Also what pop as in fizzy can you have and how much I can do without food well I will get hungry at points etc but I enjoy a can of pop at times rather than water what's the safest xxx

Also what do you guys do if you fall off the wagon and does it affect you much xx with weight loss? I don't want to do it wrong I've read the exante sheet but it doesn't really state that you can skip the meal weeks lol

I think they recommend the add a meal week every 5 or so weeks , according to NICE guidelines you can do 12 weeks on TS before taking a break , but exante found that if you add a meal week every 5 weeks it can help keep your metabolism going , so up to you really

You can drink coke zero and Dr Pepper zero , some people find it makes they hungrier , but I find it helps me a lot and I drink 3 litres of water and 2 litres of Dr Pepper zero a day !!!

when I fall off the wagon I just jump straight back on , I may gain a few lbs but it goes again within a few days as long as I get straight back on plan :)

Thankyou and yeah I can see how it kicks in your metabolism I once read a crazy diet where it was strict for so many days then you could have a binge day lol and it was supposed to work xxx

There's a lot of help in the main sticky section regarding the different drinks you can have, you can also have Asda's diet coke amongst other things, it's worth a look :)
